A guy fell off a small ladder while stocking the top shelf and his head hit a skid and it cracked open.

He went to the hospital but I haven't heard anymore about him. I don't think he'll sue because he most likely caused his own accident. Plus you can't sue market basket and win. Its pretty much impossible. OSHA is gonna be all over our ass this weekend.
