I might take a gander at your contest, im running a feeding contest of my own next month though im starting to wonder if in making my prizes to high since i only have 13 knuffels lol

I found one of my old What iff knuffle drawings i made after they had the fire gen contest (and if anyones wondering, yes i already sold the prize they gave contestants). Aleia She was my favorite so i might try and make her, or if get super lazy just upload the pic and have someone commisoned to make her just for me ^_^
I got the inspiration after watching fantasia in pyschology class in highschool. (if you ever want a laugh go analyize dr. suess acording to freud[may he rest in peace]) >.>

Aah, I've 6 myself and they're all loud mouths. They'd all be
yowling;; Least yours weren't, Haha- Maddening.
Glad to hear things calmed down in your area, hopefully everything
will be alright for everyone else in a bit. 
As for hues -
Knuffels are a good place to practice new things on - I really
ought to work on mine, nnh. -rollsaway-

quick update guys <3
The fire is moving away from me, they even pushed the evacuation zone further away from me. So as long as the winds don't shift I'll be fine. :) I'm keeping my things packed just in case.
I'll be announcing contest winners! And I'll be sending out prizes sometime soon. Those winning a knuffel request will be getting a PM once I send prizes out. Thanks everyone who participated! <3

@ Doki- I would likely have 6 cats if the legal limit here wasn't 4. XD I love cats, haha. Mine are loud mouths, but they don't yowl. They more... 'talk'.. XD Like cute meows and noises. miao miao, hehe.
Yeah I've been using my knuffel to practice random small things that I'm not comfortable to slip into commissions. XD I think that's why they're so fun.

@ Miyu- Me too! It's a HUGE relief! Even though it's still too close for comfort I feel much better than the other night.
Maybe I'll even try to do some art later.

My oldest kitty, Tiger (13) yowls to get out, and so does Momo.
I'm always shocked with the range they have with their sounds...
Noel, my youngest will act like she's dying (raspy low meows)
to try and guilt me into letting her out of my room. socruel.
and that's a good method!

unsure if I ought to stick to the base or make my own..
