Good. Though a momentum would have been equally cool.

I am so tired. Yesterday I wasn't feeling good, but I was hoping it was because I didn't eat much. Well, I nuked some frozen lasagna for Joslyn and me and it was a bad idea because my stomach hurt even more. Went upstairs to rest and around seven I cam down, then I was going to go back upstairs but I had to make a detour to the bathroom and lost everything. Man did I feel like hell. Grandma had to read to her because I was in no shape. I was able to sing her her lullaby I made up for her. But I also had to sleep sitting up till around midnight. I got up to use the bathroom and was feeling a bit better. I'm doing alright now, but I'm sooo freaking tired. But I don't want to sleep all day. Also I have to care for my mom.

I'm doing a bit better. My stomach no longer has that sour milk smell and I've been holding food down.

Pokemon Rumble Rush is one of those pokemon mobile games made by the Pokemon Company.

My game is/was having issues linking to the "My Nintendo."
First ticket was 3 months ago, they told me to contact Nintendo's support because 'My nintendo' was a Nintendo Company issue.

Nintendo's support website doesn't have any support options for iOS/Android or for any of the pokemon game apps. So I gave up and just stopped playing the game at the time and waited for an update that fixes the issue, cause surely, I'm not the only one with this issue.

Last week I started playing again. The issue was never fixed.

I started trouble shooting things myself by trying to see if it was a device issue or what. I put the app on my Kindle and tried to link the game. I got the message "Nintendo Account already Linked with another Pokemon Rumble Rush game."

So I checked my nintendo account, where the 3rd party services and applications are allowed to receive and send info to nintendo. Rumble Rush showed up as linked.

I checked my main game on my phone, no link.
I couldn't check the kindle because I haven't gone through the tutorial, I was using the screen that pops up before the tutorial starts.

I gave up, contacted Pokemon.com (the pokemon company)'s support. This is the first time in 3 months I've contacted them. I explained my issue, stated that I tried on 2 separate devices. I said that it won't link, but it is showing up as linked on the nintendo website.

This guy, he copies and pastes the "How to Link & Transfer" Guide from the FAQ.. Since I stated that I couldn't link my game, yet it's showing as linked on the one website, I took his response as "this is how you transfer." This support person was all "Read my whole post!" then closed the ticket with out even helping me. I didn't realize he closed my support ticket because I was making a video of my issue to show him.

The next day I open ANOTHER support ticket, this about my issue and how I've been treated up to this point. Yay.. I finally got someone who listens. They've been trying to help me out, asked me for tech information and all that.

At one point, they asked if I had multiple Nintendo accounts. I said no. (because I don't have multiple "NINTENDO" accounts.)

Well, they had me download other browser apps, just in case it could be an issue with Firefox. I downloaded Opera, Safari and Chrome apps. Opera and Safari said the same thing firefox did, "nintendo account not found." Chrome on the other hand said "Game already linked" which is what my kindle had been telling me. PROGRESS!!!

Since linking from the games main menu wasn't working, dude had me try using the Support Menu on start up. There is no "Link" button in this menu, he wanted to see if I could try and link by using the Transfer button. Cause to be able to transfer, you need to link, and if you aren't linked it takes you through the linking steps.

In stead of linking my main game (Demonskid Rank 17), it linked me to a freshly started, never touched, basically reset everything game. (Rank 1) I ran through the first part of the tutorial, chose a new name, got out of the dungeon, saw that this account was Rank 1. All of my pokemon, gears and everything else I had. Gone.

I stated as such then I unlinked the game from 'My Nintendo' by using Initialize Data. This data button unlinks and deletes the game data. The reason I had used this, the game required me to have a different 'My Nintendo' to link it to if I wanted to unlink it from the one I had.

Well.. this support dude is all "keep using the transfer button in the support menu to link" and such.. and he's had me make the same video each friggen time. I have like 5 videos on my youtube of me trying to link my account.

I've asked several times if there was any other way to regain my original game data back. I offered to make a throw away nintendo account for them to link my game to that, then I get my game data back that way.. but that was ignored, they just keep having me use "transfer."

My Game (Demonskid Rank 17) was never LINKED to a Nintendo account. Using Transfer won't give me back my account.
I've spent MONEY on the game before I had realized it was bugged.
I don't want to lose the game data that I had spent money on.
My questions of "is there another way" and "Can we do this" are being ignored.

I no longer remember what buttons are what from the games main menu, support menu has "Data Recovery," "Transfer," and "Support Website." Dude asked if I had "initialized the data" and that by doing so, I would have deleted my game data. I thought he was talking about Data Recovery, cause it's been 2 Days at this point since I've seen the main menu and had forgotten all about the other Data button.

I created a new game account and made a video (but i didn't send it) about this Data Recovery. Last night he points out that the button he was talking about was on the game's main menu. Then he sent a second message, about the support ID numbers being different now. Take a look at this:

2 of those 3 are GAME Accounts, not Nintendo Accounts. This game was made by the Pokemon Company, not Nintendo...
Demonskid and DKTest are the usernames/Game Accounts.
D.K. is the My Nintendo account.

I haven't heard anything back yet, they seem to respond around 8-9PM my time, which forces me to stay up later than when I'm use to.

A few days ago, when he had asked if I had "more than one nintenedo accounts," he wasn't asking about nintendo accounts, he was asking about game accounts. =A= I bet you that. And that question had already been answered in both the first posts of the last 2 tickets. "I used my kindle to test and see if it could link to nintendo, checking to see if it was a hardware issue or not"

It's obvious that there are 2 possible causes of what actually happened.

1st: When I first downloaded the game 3 months ago the game froze when I was signing up, which linked that game to my Nintendo account, but then reset everything cause I had to close out. ( I don't remember that far back so this is just conjecture and guess work)

2nd: My kindle, even though it had said "Game already linked" actually linked that game to my nintendo account.

If it's the first issue, it would explain why the Kindle would say "Already Linked."

Either way, I lost my game data when I restored 'THAT' other version to my phone.

Well my sister's oldest daughter is banned from naming things ever. XD My sister was talking to her about changing her middle name because some idiot making the birth certificate put down the wrong one. So my niece, mind you is 5, wants it to be corndog. XDDD Alice Corndog Kroulek. No. XDD
