Yep, that's how I was.

I don't have anymore chamomile tea here. I want to buy some more.

I saw this person I follow on YT recently make a video about a "sleep remedy" tea. I don't know how effective it would be but looked good at least. XD;

Have you tried Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea? Apparently it's one of the most popular sleep aid teas. There is even a Sleepytime Extra which has chamomile and valerian.

I got some.

Kava, Valerian root, and chamomile are all supposed to help with relaxation.
I've tried them all, and only chamomile works.
