I made a suggestion about her putting 5 different topics into one paragraph.. asked her to make new lines for each topic because it was really hard to read and she bit my head off.

Saying it needed to fit on one piece of paper.. previous landlady had no issue using a stapler.. and she has one of those industrial printers that does front and back printing, so there's the back of the page too =A= bitch...

Don't bite my head off because you're to lazy to start new paragraphs for each topic.. you learn that shit in first grade.. =x=


went up to complain about the assigned parking being not so assigned lately, and the skunkweed smell in the hallway. suggested shit and got my head bit off =A=

She's been a pain since she was put into management here.

Though... what happened with the previous landlady is starting to happen to her >w> took the previous landlady 10 years to start being overloaded with properties till she left. This one, she's been here 1? 2 years? and it's already started x'D

overloaded with properties? What's that mean?
Sorry if that sounds stupid I've lived in houses most of my life and I also have never paid rent before and NOW I live in a house my family actually owns. So landladys are confusing to me.

Most companies that own apartments, own multiple properties all over the place. The company that owns ours owns stuff all the way down in cincinatti which is WAY south of us.

Well they have several properties in this area, and they 'overload' the landladies by making them manage more than they can handle.

Our complex here are 2 apartment builds with 12 units each plus about 24 duplexes, that's just THIS property. She's taking care of the elderly resident apartments as well. And now they've added a third property for her to manage.
