It's one thing when it's online.
It is completely different when it's an official document from a manager. They're suppose to be professional about these things. I mean, it's a job! Jobs require professionalism. And the way she did this, just makes me feel like she's making fun of me. =A=
I mean, she's made me empty out the kitchen completely, and rearrange the living room, told us to throw out some of our clothes, then told us that the sink needed to be buffed till it was shiny like new (seriously.. told us to take baking soda, dish liquid and a scrub brush...)
THEN she treats us like shit when 1 bed bug was found in mom's room after it came over from the neighbors who were infested. Bug guy told us to store stuff in the kitchen as he wouldn't be spraying there. We made mention about the reason the kitchen was empty and she shrugged and said to put it all back plus add stuff from our rooms to it. THEN she made us move stuff all over again after that, because "he didn't say to put all this stuff into the kitchen! he needs to spray in there" =A=
I asked the bug guy when he FINALLY came to spray, he said he was never going to spray the kitchen over 1 bug in the bedroom, and that he did too tell us to move as much as we could into the kitchen.
Because of her, the tendon in my left foot has been tearing at a faster rate. She's the reason I have to wear one of those air cast boots on occasion. My back is all messed up and my carpal tunnel, IBS, and anxiety have been through the roof. The stress nearly caused mom to have pneumonia, we caught it early but it's why she's on oxygen right now. =A=
When it comes to her, I've become paranoid at every little thing she does.
We're still friends with the previous tenants from the one apartment. They told us how she harassed them in similar ways, it got to the point they moved out. And word from another source said another family moved out because of similar treatment.
=A= the stuff that's gone on with her this year, really has my paranoia going wild. So the lack of professionalism in this notice, after I asked for her to just separate the different topics into their own paragraphs so it doesn't all turn into a big blob when trying to read it... She makes a notice like that... really doesn't help...
I'm gonna copy and paste the above, and show you what the two notices looked like:

That is what the one I complained about looked like. one giant blob where stuff starts running together.
what we got was this:
