Mine is pretty bad.
But I don't notice anything until someone points

I have sleep issues that go with my Schizophrenia.

Your probably right although mine is on and off I had it two years ago but then it all of sudden disappeared. But I really don't want to think about that right now so instead I'm looking at Bento boxes~

Now I kind of have to have it, lol although it will cost me a pretty penny but it has like three compartments in it.

Wow that sounds really pretty some of the Bento boxes they have are really cute but they also have some very pretty ones.
