not really allergic.

it aggrivates my IBS and causes me to have the runs... with me being bound up the milk should help make it easy to go to the bathroom..

ask your family doctor about seeing a ghastronologist (sp?) a digestive system doctor. Let them know what foods affect you, what the symptoms are.. so on so forth. o3o there's no medicine for it yet tho =A=
