sticking sharp metal into food is one of the nastiest things I've ever heard of. Talk about malicious!

I don't think I've heard of us having bee issues besides a thing about honey for sale in woolies, etc not being fully real honey.



Tbh it was a lot of needles in strawberries.. It really sucked though after I saw recipes galore for strawberries using slices and stuff... or uh you know those egg cutter thingies, people using those to cut their strawberries up xD so no risk of needle and if there was a needle you'd notice.

(needles are tricky. If you slice it the same direction as a needle is lying, you wouldn't necessarily find it in time. Maybe if you were making jam or jelly, and strained it....)

you rinse it with water and a cloth or use a dishwasher if you have one.

ehh I'm going to say the chef's are just really good but probably sometimes use that for smaller things.

I would want to use it for radishes! Those things are slippery....

Mostly I just eat them whole because of that, but there's a kale salad which is really good with a vinaigrette and sliced radishes.

Most people don't cut up strawberries but it meant then they didn't have as much a needle risk.. ^^;

and therefore farmers have well less waste of dumping whole crops.. cause that's what some were doing..

all cause disgruntled ex-worker.. and then a few copy cats

I suppose if you sliced them one way and then turned them the other, it would work?

Or just hire some folks who have an industrial-strength magnet to get all the needles out that way....

so you uh slice them so you get round uh pieces...

it's australia we're not going to get a industrial strength magnet..
