She's probably grumpy because she doesnt have any front claws x.x.
Thankfully my cat, as bad as she is, she doesn't really attack peoples faces. Every other body part is open for biting and clawing except the face. She can be really pissed at you but she won't attack your face if you lean it forward and it even kind of makes her stop.

Thanks for the welcome Unscheduled, Keyami and Finniekins :)
My grumpy old cat sometimes do pick on the poor kitten.
I think it is natural for old cats to be that serious. They just wanted to sit all day long and stare in the horizon at one corner of the house.
My good old cat was often out, patrolling the neighborhood. He would just return home when its meal time lolz

I'm not even sure she remembers she doesn't have the claws most of the time <.< She still attempts to sharpen them on the furniture all the time xD
We're pretty sure some of the reason she was so, insanely grumpy before is that she had problems with her teeth we didn't find out about until later, and arthritis from being so fat. She has almost all her teeth out now and lost some weight, and her grumpiness went down a fair bit.
A little bit of the grumpiness is from growing up with the dementia lady though. She doesn't trust people very easily.

That's kinda like what the cat outside does, just comes up when he wants food.
One of my dogs plays with him.

The problem with my old cat is that he loves to fight a lot with other neighborhood cats. He would often return home having some wounds and bruises around his body. Like now, he has a small wound on his head. He also looks so untidy right now. I'm just too lazy to clean him up lol

My late cat Mouse drooled a lot
She also lost all of but one of her teeth
One cat we had (I think he died but it was years ago), Kidd, had no front claws. He still scratched. He even knew how to climb trees
He also had dad yell at me until he looked cuz Kidd knew how to climb ladders

Thank you! You know, for someone who has been a member for a year I sure don't post often.

Yeah, Molly drools a fair bit with her one tooth too. Occasionally she sort of tries to bite me when I'm petting her, but it's just all gums xD;;; Ewwww. It just leaves a big, wet semi-circle on my hand.
Hey there Carnelian :)
