yep, you get the base set starting with $5 and the whole set with $15. I remember for my first purchase I counted how many authors there were and how many each would get if I paid XYZ, and how much would 10% be because there was a cool charity :mcheh: I think I spent €40..? not sure anymore but I never regretted it.

if you like such things, there's also Humble: https://www.humblebundle.com/
they have books and games. StoryBundle only has books and focuses on indie authors.

that book sounds like something I could... stand right now. easy, leisure-ly, fluffy. glad you enjoyed it :)

I've had some collections from Humble Bundle before. I am dumb though so I always immediately forget I've bought them, because they're downloadable files rather than automatically going into my kindle library, and so I've only ever remembered to read 2 or 3 books out of two different bundle purchases :mcheh:

I keep forgetting about the books I bought too, even if they're already in the reading app. maybe I don't need reading at all, maybe it's just the satisfaction from a purchase XD

I finally moved onto the last Shadowhunters book... I don't know why but this penultimate one took me so much longer than the others. I was only doing a chapter a night mostly. I guess I'm getting more tired so less able to concentrate on reading.

Aw, but you also shouldn't force yourself to read more, that totally good!

I finished the Seaside Summer books series and I loved it. Light read, so much love and friendship. Makes me want to have friends and a boyfriend like them, too :D I actually could not stop reading them, that's why I finished them so quickly.

In the whole month of May, I decided not to read the final 150 pages to the book I started. I might make that my goal for this week because two nights of reading should finish it.

Finished Shadowhunters finally! And I started on that Dostoyevsky again. I'm going to try to get at least to through the next section of the book (it's arranged in sections with chapters inside them... and then separate parts inside those chapters, because traditional writing standards were ???) before I pick up something else.

Rubie, why have you decided not to read them?

jacob, yay!
Good luck on reading Dostoyevsky :mcheh:

I am currently reading another giriy light read: Zoe York - Love in a Snowstorm (2). This one is not as good as the other series though. I even considered dropping it, but it's only like 250 pages and I am already halfway through it.

At least the plot is picking up a bit now. There's some kind of conspiracy going on and it feels like it might be about to get a bit of action in it.
