I went out with a couple of friends to a place called "Everyday Noodles" and had beef noodle soup (the Asian kind). It was quite an adventure since the roads were really icy and the bus was crammed full of people, lol.

Cat, I got some decorations up and some cleaning done. Dusting mostly. I really need to mop the floors. With the little dab of snow we've had I've tracked mud and gunk all through the house.

I hate my dorm floor...it's carpet so I know it's probably covered in a layer of invisible crap. >_< I vacuum it like three times a week and my roommate seems to shed a lot of lint everywhere. xD

I have old (and I mean old) hardwood floors. The wax has long since worn off, so they're not sealed. I have to be careful how I clean them. Usually I can just sweep them and maybe use a dustmop once in a while. But when it's wet out I usually end up having to damp mop them to get all the stuff that's been tracked in. It doesn't matter how careful I am about taking my shoes of either. I still end up making a mess.
