Ah ok, I can't say I've ever had a panic attack but it surely doesn't sound comfortable. I'm more prone to anxious behaviour. I can get jittery and I wring my hands. I try so hard to be professional but there's so much social pressure :( I dislike being forced to converse.

Yeah, the pressure is the worst. I too am more of a listener and can give short answers when asked something, but I just can't hold a conversation unless it's with some like-minded person I'm close to. Then I can talk too much, too fast, lol. But it pretty much never happens nowadays.

Ah, same same. I definitely like to be with people who enjoy talking about themselves when I am in a large group. Then I don't have to say so much. I need prompting to speak and small talk is the absolute worse. I don't vibe very well with most people.
Haha, luckily I have my boyfriend. We're very similar and I get all my fast talking done at/with him.

I'm very quiet in real life.
I have issues doing webcam with people I know online xD
I usually just type while they talk and keep my cam covered.

Small talk is the absolute worst. I am terrible with people until we've become comfortable enough to skip that small talk stage. One of the reasons I never did well in an office environment hahaha.

My idea of small conversation is "the weather is so nice!" and "I know, right!"
And that's it. If the other person doesn't talk it's going to be a aqward silence.

Pretty much XD I went out with my boyfriend and his friends last night. It was fine most of the time, but whenever he went up to the bar or wherever it was awkward because we don't know each other so well. So one person would say something, everyone would laugh or agree, and then we would sit in silence for a bit. So painful :'D

It's going very slowly at the moment! I particularly like all the items at the moment, as I've re-introduced myself to the site a couple of weeks ago. I was on here a long time ago, haha.
I haven't gotten any items yet, but I'm planning on getting all of them!

jacobgrey: that sounds awful.
I also had a really bad experiance with public awkward silence. My sister in law made me go on a blind date with a guy from her work and it was a nightmare. Awkward silence after awkward silence interupted by him saying "you are pretty"... How am I even suppose to answer to that?? I just wanted to go home , but couldn't come up with a good excuse to go and I didn't want to make him feel bad and I was stuck in this situation for over an hour. I swore that would be the last time I EVER do something like that!!
