We vote pretty soon here. November 6th I believe.
I hope we can get some morons out of office.

we have the labor party and greens.

And then a lot of independents and smaller minor parties.. but all votes to the minor parties go to labor or liberals... it's a weird system imo.

The only way a green can get to the top is change parties I think. I'm not sure...

Yeah we have a lot of little parties too, but there's no way that they would ever win because the two major parties, democrats and republicans are too big.
Honestly I feel like it would be a lot better if all of the little parties had a fair shot, that way we wouldn't sometimes be stuck with the lesser evil deals.

I don't particularly care for labor or liberals.... I lean towards labor/greens mostly. I prefer independent but they can't be prime minister from my vague understanding of how it works here

I have an extremely limited knowledge of politics but I always hear people complaining about others voting for smaller parties as being a waste of a vote, so I don't quite understand why they exist if it's impossible for them to ever get a significant amount of votes.. ?? politics confuses me
