Stress would cause night terrors. Doing something fun and relaxing could easily fix that though.
Contemplating eternity causing night terrors? I can't imagine how philosophers sleep then

... yeah, I figured I could hang out here for a while tonight, and tomorrow should do one of my pre-sleep relaxing routines ...

Hello, i'm back!♥
Phew, this is one of the most stressful days in my life.. 
I got locked in a traffic, caught in a flood and was late in my exam..
Good thing, my professor is so kind..

BTW, i finished reading Daeth Note manga months ago,
and it's so AWESOME!
Well, not really.. 
The manga is MUCH "morbid" than the anime,
and i almost always gasp in the scenes..
