I've got PTSD pretty bad, and some autism on top of it. But I have got to go out and phone and stuff, because there's just no one else to do it. Still do most of my communication with a keyboard, though.

exposure therapy... it dun help me x-x just makes things worse.

I've been taking precautions all last month and such, my landlady last week tried to make me look and feel stupid about it saying that it was all the way out west and wasn't going to hit ohio... and that i won't die from it..

bitch, you don't know if I will or wont! I have a slightly compromised immune system! AND I have an elderly mother who has a SERIOUSLY compromised immune system who WILL die if she catches it!! AND! At the time the virus was a state away from us.. and she was all "that's still thousands of miles away, it's not going to reach here." guess what.. not even a week later 5 confirmed cases, one in the town next to us at that... =A= fuckin bitch...

She was also "You never go anywhere so another reason not to worry"
WTF! I WISH! I have to go with mom to her DR appointments and those are the VERY places people go when they ARE SICK! Dumb bish! D:< uuughhhh

-holds up her face masks and her hand sanitizers- i need gloves QnQ... I don't want to go to any more dr appointments until this virus goes away! QAQ (hell I don't wanna go anywhere even after it goes away, hate going outside.. hate IRL people... i'm alright with online people.. i don't have to see them face to face... but IRL people... stay away.. -sniffles-)

Best part.. she took a staycation this week after the first few cases were announced... crappy landlady... idiot... if you want to self-quarantine it needs to be 2 weeks not one dumb bish.. =A= 3 for just in case >x> -grumbles-

speaking of shootings.. there was one in my state last year.. in dayton. ono few hours away but still scary... the chances of getting shot are about the same of getting hit by a car walking down the street... and in my mind.. those chances are high as fk because people be crazies >:x

I had to yell at mom today while we were at the pain management clinic (its in a private owned hospital and has a food stand) .. we were eating a salad we bought and she coughed all over both of our salads QnQ as if I wasn't already feeling sick... (she has lung issues so it wasn't one of those flu/cold coughs but a COPD type cough but still.. ew)

All the precautions I can afford... o3o I need to get an air purifier =A=

oxo owwie... we have a shower curtain.. i hate it.. I want a sliding door.. glass or plastic.. our curtain needs replaced.. mom had a friend over years ago for thanks giving and she tore some of the ring holes and now it doesn't close all the way and I get cold while showering QnQ we need a new curtain..

Slipping in the shower... I would suggest those little thingies you stick to the tub to 'not slip' but they never worked for me... xD just made the bottom of the tub feel funny

Jeez, what a day. Where you guys live are people panicking over this virus? Because there's like literally no toilet paper in my town and I'm not sure why. >>

I think it's gotten worse since we've had a case in town.

people are panicking. not sure about the state of the stores but starting monday schools will be closed for 3 weeks or more. o3o

It's so bizarre how people are acting to me. I mean, no one wants to get sick but unless you're very elderly, have bad asthma or already have an auto immune disease I don't think people should be too worried. It's just like the flu to me.
