Flash is a program used for animation and online games. Some animated web sites are made with it also. Oekaki is a simple art program that loads up in your browser. When you draw art and send it it gets posted to like a board where people can comment on what you drew. I have one in my sig you can look at. =3

Its not like Photoshop. It looks like this. And here is me working in it to some annoying music. Well that is sped up and its an old drawing. >_<;
