What I'm thinking is the only reason it's worth 300k is because everyone's after it at once, and it's all the high hitters. I can see about 250k perhaps being right, but I think the only reason it ended up being 300k was because items were being offered, which in effect affects the price of the set.
Lets face it, very few people offered pure for the set ^^;
