I'll have to think about it ~

Do you get up early on weekends Nikki or also sleep in? :P

I do try to sleep in on weekends but usually end up getting up around 8 am. Which is still sleeping in for me because I am usually up at either 4:30 am or 6:30 am. :mcheh:

I got more sleep last night <3 about 8hrs according to my fitbit but it says mostly light sleep I think. I need more sleep still though.

yeaah most of it's light the rest chunk is REM then a hour and a bit of deep sleep and 54 min awake in between it all. I did get up a bit.

I need to learn the trick of taking power naps. If any of you know the best way....

how does your fitbit know if it's light sleep or REM sleep?

For power naps the trick I've heard once is this:
Sit in a chair, bent over forward and hold a ring of keys in your hands. Once you're falling asleep the keys will fall down and wake you up and that's supposedly the perfect length for the nap to make you feel refreshed and not sleepy afterwards.
I think I tried it only once, but that time it felt quite good, actually, even if it sounds weird :D
