Aw. It rained for a good few hours when I was awake...and then I passed out tired. xD

OwO Mom's baking cupcakes for work tomorrow. T.T I want one...they smell so delicious. She kills me when she bakes things and they're for work and I can't have any. XD

I hear a bit of thunder, so I might get like 5 minutes of rain. O3O I wish it'd rain so bad.. like rain steadily for at least a few hours. It's been forever since it really rained here. (normally if it rains it's for like 10 minutes)

Oh, I know. Last night when I heard it rumbling I was like o.o if you're going to rain please do so for a while because if it had just spat on the ground for a bit it would've made the heat 10 times worse. T.T But I'm glad it rained for a while. Poor plants needed some of that water. ):

Well she usually at least bakes her friends at work a birthday cake for their birthday and now they all request cakes for every holiday. XD And she just told me today they want her to bake her own birthday cake! I couldn't believe that! She does all this work for them and they won't even have someone bake HER a cake or even just buy one! What a bunch of selfish people.

I remember the last time it rained really hard here. It was about 2 years ago, cause during the 3 day storm my cat never came home. :( Ever since then it's only rained tiny bits. =_= I want a big storm pretty badly....

Haha, that does sound selfish. Maybe they just like her cake? ^^;

It's thundering here too! Rain will be a nice relief from the 110 degree weather we've had though. -_-

I'll probably be able to commish you sooner than I had thought, Raine, since I'll just use my grandfather's bank account and pay him back the cash. I nearly died when I saw the Nympharia piece you did when I was rating the other day, and then when I found out it was your piece from the winner's announcement, I was determined to get art from you somehow. xD

@Raine: Jeez. o.o It rains here a lot around winter and spring. There's not a lot of rain during the summer.

xD Yea, they do but you still shouldn't ask someone to make their own cake for their birthday. @-@ If they had asked me to, I'd prolly get a store bought one and be like ';D Enjoy that I slaved hard on it!'. >.> I'm wondering if I can get a cupcake for myself before she hauls them off to work tomorrow. <.< -Wants one so bad-

Yea, it hasn't been that hot here in a long time. We don't have central cooling at my house either, just window air conditioners, and the sun was heating them on the outside so much that our breakers keep throwing so we had to leave the air off. -_- I literally took an ice shower that day. Lol.

I just hope you don't get too much business from it! Don't want you to get swamped with comms. to do on top of knuffels. @_@

@ Floofy- It snows here a lot in winter. But it's still pretty dry snow, if that makes any sense at all. @_@ We get almost no rain.

I like baking so I make my own cake every year. ^^; Doesn't bother me, lol. And I make cakes for my bf's coworkers sometimes. I forgot I don't get any of those. (though he buys me something to snack on for myself, like a slice of cheesecake or something).

@ Lyrium- Wow... that sucks. ;o; It doesn't get over 100 here. Like ever. 100 is record temps. ^^; But it's really really dry and prone to fires and stuff. Which reminds me, I don't get fireworks this year. ;___; I mean they're illegal here normally anyways, but on the 4th I usually get to see the ones that certain places get permission to do. Not this year tho. :mccry:

Dude, no. I'd be okay with tons of commissions. Cause RL commissions mean more tea. And I am almost out of tea. (that and I kinda need new clothes, hahaha!)
Actually, since my bf started a second job I suppose I don't really need RL commissions as bad anymore. I might actually get to spend that money on something I want as opposed to something I need. ;w; Lucky me!! yay!

@Raine: We don't really get snow. We'll get a good snow fall every few years but mostly it just rains or we get AWFUL ice. The ice is the worst because it knocks power out and we don't really have the equipment to manage it on roads and such.

I'll bake something for boyfriends birthday but I don't really care if I get anything on mine. xD Mom sometimes makes me a cake but I think it's more for everyone else to eat than me.

We were getting concerned about fireworks around here this year since it's been so dry. If the rain dribbles every now and then though we'll probably be alright but if it's hot and dry for the next couple days I'm going to be worried our neighbors are gonna set the little strip of trees behind our house on fire. x.x Mom and I were actually pondering how the booths of fireworks all around aren't just combusting from the heat yesterday.

Edit: I DIDN'T GET A JEOPARDY QUESTION THAT HAD TO DO WITH A FAUSTIAN CONTRACT! O:< I'VE BEEN WATCHING BB AND IT'S ON THERE GAWD.
