Moi I haven't gotten chocolate for Easter in years. I'd have t buy it myself.

Ofcourse, but when an event comes here, the items are free, you just might have to work a bit for them!

Correct, I got the Christmas stuff free.
What is meant by "work a bit for them"?

work for them as in collect things generally by posting, etc for event currency and then get the items
