It was fun. Too bad it ended after my senior year so my sister didn't get to do that stuff during her high school years.

Yeah, we didn't get much in the way of field trips
Just the Washington DC one that was started my sophomore year, and the senior trip one that was usually canceled due to lack of interest
They tried to merge ours with the chorus trip to Cleveland OH and location had the seniors going "no" even after they decided that the chorus members wouldn't have theirs merged with the senior trip
Tho for band we did go to Boston. Duck Tour, Blue Man Group, Six Flags New England (crowded as fuck), and a marketplace. That was my junior year

That does sound like a couple of fun trips.
I missed my senior year school trip due to illness. :}

I never bothered with the DC one, neither my sophomore or senior years

I wish I could afford to go places. I'm lucky to afford to cross the street sometimes.
