I first saw Baccano! with Moi in Japanese, then I bought it and watched it again with my brother.

@Zia: Aha, I quit watching Reborn too. Reborn himself is like a Gary Stu to me. I don't like him. .__.
Baccano is pretty confusing the first time around. All those characters and time/scene jumps. @__@ It was really good though; well put together.
@Xae: Aha, Vino is one my favorites --Moi's too, obvs. XD So many likable characters in that anime... even if the female OCs are pretty awesome (and that's saying something, coming from me.)

Initially, when I first read the Reborn comic, I thought it was alright albeit a bit confusing and random. After the third or fourth time, I gave up. I just couldn't stand the paneling. @_@
Yeah, Baccano was confusing the first time. I watched it about three times for it to fully sink in. Haha
Yeah! That was why I couldn't have just one main favourite. I liked so many of them. :D

Hello, hello!That was probably the problem. I had gone to an anime convention and decided to spend the night there because I didn't want to ride the bus for 2 1/2 hours back home and then back again in the morning. Plus, the panel I wanted to go to ended at midnight and I was certain my bus had stopped running. I got into the anime showing room and watched stuff like Baccano! and D Grey Man or whatever it was whilst dozing off. It was... a fun experience.

Really? I thought you liked that boxer guy, though. It's been such a long time since I read it; I've forgotten all the characters names. Except Yamamoto. 
Anyway, I didn't find Reborn to be much of a Gary Stu. I mean, he's definitely not fleshed out well, but he does have his flaws. He seems like a sociopath to me, and he's narcoleptic to boot. He seemed more like a comic relief cum deux ex machina to me rather than a Gary Stu. Of course, I don't think I got too far. Maybe his adult form was more of a Gary Stu.Anyway, maybe I'll check out Baccano! sometime in the future. Heh.Go to bed, Asobi! Don't turn into me!

@Asobi: Oooh, great; I like how he looks in your art style. :D If you could please include his armlet thing (the one on his upper arm in the ref) and two teardrop shape earrings (I know it's hard to see in the ref), then we're perfect for coloring. <3

@Xae: I still don't know why I watched the anime as long as I did. That kind of slapstick humor generally aggravates me. XD; Still, Ryohei is one of my favorite anime characters. I've bought lots of art of him --my brother even bought me some when he went to last year's Anime Expo. XD (He also was Ryohei. *headfloor*)
I think I watched Baccano two times in a row because it was so confusing.
Did you have any character that you disliked then? I don't think I have any except for the old men. XD And Dallas... a little.

Eh, he is a comic relief in the sense that he seems to beat on everyone else. I wasn't amused by him. ._.

WOW, my brother and his friend got another friend Ruth Chris steak for his birthday. That guy is so lucky --Ruth Chris has the best steak ever. DX
