*sigh* I'm disliking school more and more XD evertime i try to show some leadership (on Facebook-group) i'm just being ignored, and when days later the teacher ask the same thing (...why? >.<) suddenly everyone seems to apply o.O;

Namae is paid-volunteering as English Tutor, and it is amazing how...... lazy those college student can get
A little trick is to make them feel that "oh this is important for me", then they'll be more cooperative......... just a tiny little bit

Think of Namae as teacher-wannabe
Namae hold 2 freshman classes and 2 classes on Namae's year
Namae is called "tutor" cause Namae is not a(n official) teacher
(though Namae do teach in the class)

Oh ok, I think now I get it ! We have more or less the same thing here, but with high level student who made class for lower students (it is funny that you have class from the same year as you. It must feel strange :p). I would be curious to see you teaching :D

Not really~
Here in college a 1st semester and 6th semester didn't look that different
And thus, they (those from the same year as Namae) automatically assume that Namae is older than them............. and Namae kind of "forgot" fix that assumption
