Demonskid-Tummy trouble is no fun. I hope it gets better soon.
I'm good but nothing interesting going on. I just need to remember to give my dad his Father's Day gifts and my weekend will be complete. XD

Tam-*waves* It's hair 31 I think. It reminds me of my own hair only I have no bangs. XD I always have baby hairs sticking up though. LOL
I had trouble with one of my posts yesterday. I don't remember which one. It didn't look like it went through but when I tried again it warned me that I had just posted. I checked and my original message had gone through.

Sometimes a blank page. Sometimes and error message.

I have insomnia issues and sleep apnea.
I try to only sleep at bedtime u8
Actually, I don't like taking naps for another reason.
I always feel anxious when I wake up.
I feel disoriented and anxious.
And in a bad mood most of the time.

I tried taking a nap today.. but I kept hearing my Natsume Yuujinchi Nyanko Windchime ding and I'd jolt awake... then I remembered that I was slowly adding new water to my shrimp tank and didn't want to overflow it (again) >w>,
So I got up... XD

I thought I had that for a long time. Turns out it was the job I had. O.O It was just stress.
Naps always get interrupted. *sighs*
Moi-I can understand all of that. I haven't always been able to take a nap either but lately, I have. I haven't had much choice since I'm not sleeping well at night. :/

Stress and Anxiety can trigger IBS but so can certain foods.. =A=
Mine is mostly Stress and Anxiety triggered, but milk, eggs, and a few other things can trigger it too x-x
