Like most Japanese shows (not all), Unico started off as a manga ovo
While I was watching the one movie last night, one thing kept popping in my head, "Yup.. same person who made this, made Kimba x'D"

That explains it. I don't know much about Japanese shows. I've seen some and really loved them, but I'm not a huge fan like a lot of people are. I'm not sure why because I do like a lot of it. *shrugs*

Ugh. Been having crappy days. Don't want to talk about it. But I'm tired and I have a headache.

Moi: remember it started off as a Manga which was I think 1976. The manga sold well so they tried to make an anime. The pilot episode for the anime, Black Cloud and White Feather, came out in 79, but it failed. The movies were in the 80s. Then there is some "Save our Fragile Earth" special episode that is way newer, like 90s or 2000s judging by the animation... (trying to find a subbed version of this)

Only the 2 80's movies were dubbed. >:x


So far I've seen 1 anime.. ONE! that did one hell of a job with it's CGI and it was a funny anime too. Double Decker >:3 I didn't even realize they used CGI in it until my friend pointed it out oAo

But yea.. Most CGI in anime has been terrible. =A= (SMC...)
If you're gonna use CGI, use it for the whole anime, not just certain parts. It was terrible in InuYashiki... x-x I was like "that is some terrible video game graphics there" and i was watching an ANIME!


I was called an Anime Nazi earlier just for asking: "are you saying fairy tale as in "Snow White is a fairy tale?" or are you talking about Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail manga/anime?"

Interesting trivia (maybe): Back in the 80s, a Japanese toy company bought the rights to make and sell MLP. Only they thought that they needed to anthro the ponies before little Japanese girls would want to play with them. They are now some of the rarest 80s toys in existence. You see a handful of the babies on online sale sites, but there is only one of the adults known to exist, last I looked.

I had MLP doll toys when I was like.. 5 but they were stolen =A=
I can't get into the MLP anime... and then I sit here reading people freak out because their son watches it. o3o Dude.. chill.. your kid is a brony that's all..

Feels weird to be off work on a weekday.

I used to like the new MLP show. I haven't watched it in a long time though.
