Yeah, I don't think anyone who lives in a cooler climate can survive here u8
My mom had a friend who moved here from Colorado and then moved right back because the heat was so horrible for her.
And not only is it hot, but it's humid. Humid heat.

Ughhhhh I’d hate that. I might be fine with dry heat but if it’s the muggy mind of heat that makes you feel like you’re swimming underwater, then no thanks. XD

Sometimes the humidity makes me nauseous.
If I walk outside for a few minutes, I start feeling sick.
I thought I was just imagining it, but nope.

We got some strawberries - I need to eat some before they go bad or all get eaten uB
I keep forgetting.
I wonder that since I don't drink water ever if eating fruits and vegetables can replace drinking water...
I'd eat 10 bell peppers before I'd drink one bottle of water u8

Stay hydrated especially when it’s hot!!
Strawberries have to be eaten like once you buy them, they go bad fast. Best way to do it? Wash them all, take off the stems, then stuff them in the freezer. Take them out when you want to make a cold drink and use them like ice cubes. C: actually, all fruits that can easily go bad can be used like this, especially berries. Just wash them and then freeze them and they won’t go bad and you’ve got fruity ice cubes. C:

I actually don't think we have room in the freezer. There's so much stuff in there and I don't know if it's all still good .__.
We got them like a few days ago so hopefully they're still good...

You'd be surprised. Our freezer is rather small.

On a side note, I was taking my sleeping pills last night and one got stuck in my throat Bu
I HATE that feeling. It triggers my acid reflux too so not only did I have an annoying lump in my throat, but acid was just spewing out too.
I took the pills with a drink so I don't know how it got stuck ._.

Oh that sucks. I try not to take pills especially when I get a headache or cramps because I don’t want to be too reliant on them.

I have to take these. They're both an antidepressant and one helps with my restless leg syndrome.
But I don't like taking pills for aches and pains.
I will whine and moan about having a headache and my mom will tell me to take a Motrin or Advil and I'll say no and she'll be annoyed xD

You know that things like Motrin and Advil and stuff can cause stomach ulcers?
Stomach ulcers are usually caused by Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These can break down the stomach's defence against the acid it produces to digest food, allowing the stomach lining to become damaged and an ulcer to form.


That's another reason I don't take them. My mom had bleeding ulcers caused by NSAIDs.
I already have Acid Reflux so I'd much prefer never having ulcers 8u
