I think part of it is that their moderators don't do their jobs. I must admit if they'd take time to recruit more people if nothing else they'd have a better running system. And also instead of just giving "bans" to people that have done something wrong (like stuff that's over PG-13 level) they should just block the IP address. What difference does it make to them if it's one less person? There would be enough good people to balance out the bad ones losses. But no, they won't do that, they just keep coming back over and over and over again.

I think it's wrong also that they have some mods that single certain people out. I know one of my friends has had several accounts banned for supposedly doing something wrong but they never did -.-; they knew it was one specific mod and of course... Gaia doesn't care.

Come on Gaia, you've been around over 6 years now, grow up or all you'll have as business are trash.

That's part of what's made me so... stingy. Because to them it's nothing to get a trade like that, for oh... millions of gold and such, but I have of yet to be overly impressed enough to wanna spend that much.
