An official "knuffel guide" account with more than one person who has access to it would probably be the easiest way to keep this thing updated, especially if there's one person in charge who's directing the others. That way no one'll be stuck running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I think this will be incredibly beneficial to all concerned, even if it's only short term.

Oh, I don't think it is that disorganized. I'm actually impressed at how well they're handling it. But there's always the potential for disorganization, and I'm glad they're heading that off at the pass. That's all.
