If it were me listening to an audio book, I’d probably be constantly re listening to paragraphs because I’d always be imagining the words themselves lol. Probably be very distracting in the long run lol.

There's one thing I do like about books and it's imagining what characters look like.
If you watch a movie or show or see a graphic novel - you're shown what they look like.
Sometimes what I imagine is not what they look like and it makes me sad u,8

yeahhh which is why sometimes i'd reread a sentence or paragraph just to get an idea of what everything looks like. just to better imagine it.

There's an artist I watch on Youtube who draws characters as the books describe versus what they look like in movies and tv shows.
It's enjoyable to watch 8u

yeahh i prefer books over tv and movies. its a bit like me complaining about Harry Potter movies after reading all the books lol.

She basically drew them as they're described in the book and compared them to the actors that played them.
It sounded like she thought the actors were okay, but did point out what was wrong with their physical features versus the book.
