tapioca are those black chewy bubbles you eat in bubble tea...XDDDD

Oh, right! I don't think you can get bubble tea over here, which makes me kinda sad as it sounded really nice on the Wiki :mccry:

I live in England, haven't seen it in Starbucks or Costa, which is where I'd expect to find it if anywhere :mccry:

actually you wouldn't find bubble tea in those places. it's a very asian thing. ^^;

D: yeah I agree, you wouldn't find bubble tea at a coffee shop...^^;; as Miyu said, its more an Asian thing...you miiiiight find it in some Asian tea shop/cafe though...^^;;

;A; I love fruit teas. Mostly citrus ones though, but berry are nice too. I don't really like apple ones or banana or anything like that. =\ Mango maybe.

There's a little shop downtown here that has bubble tea. I remember my Korean friend bringing me there like probably 6-7 years ago to try it before everyone here starting freaking out about it. @_@ People and their fads, haha.
But now it's popular enough that they have it at the smoothie shops most places here.
Though I think my city has a pretty big asian population, so maybe that's why it's so popular? I dunno?

probably. i think the more asian populated areas have it more. where i work and live, there's a lot. where my bf lives, there's none in his immediate area.
