Well, I don't think it matters much anymore, but I would like to discuss interests :U
I really want to. Maybe it'd be easier to get attention for my stories.

All I know about drawing manga I learned from books in my public library so I can't really help point to any resources there. xD I do know that there is quite a bit of stuff online nowadays though. :3
I would start out with having a general idea for a story and then trying to storyboard it out with rough sketches. Different people have different ways for writing stories and planning them out, so I think you'd need to try out stuff and see what works for you. Some use bullet outlines, some write out whole paragraphs, etc.
Since you have a lot of different story ideas, you should just pick one your really interested in and dive right into it! :3
EDIT//The first book I referenced was this one. Kinda old fashioned since it actually talked about penning in characters using ink. I'm sure there are more recent stuffs online for digital.

It's called Medibang.
It's fun to work with, but it glitches on me for some reason, and I have to close and reopen it xD

I did my entry in Medibang. XD Actually I wasn't planning on entering the contest. I just wanted to try out Medibang so I sketched Tifunee and liked it. So then I finished it since I had already spent time on it. So it was kinda rushed too. I also couldn't figure out how to color the line art but now I know.
It's cool that you can even use Medibang on your phone. I tried it on my phone but it's hard to draw with just a finger. XD I have another art app on my phone which I was actually able to draw decent stuff on. I was like...why is this looking better than stuff I draw on the PC with a tablet. XD;
I recognize some people's art. Like I knew the umbrella one was Hamda's as well.
