Maybe relaxing for a bit helps?
I know I'm a pretty tense person and stayed tensed up a lot without thinking about it.
Like I'll be clenching my jaw and I...don't know why .__.

Huh maybe? I dunno, I’ve never considered myself to be tense though. Still, apart from the occasional and probably normal kind of twinge, I’m back to almost normal lol. Animal vids saved my back, hahahaha!

I don't realize I'm being tense until people tell me to relax xD
Then it's like "Oh...I am tense u8"

Animals relax me. I'm not good with people as I don't care a lot for people and they make me severely anxious.
Well, my dog had puppies and people came over for a visit and I talked to them a lot more than I ever would have because I was holding a puppy xD

I've heard animals have that effect on many people.
There are therapies which include taking care of animals, for example.

Lol yeah the pain came back last night but during the day, the pain left. Kinda weird lol. It’s better once I ice it.

They are. I have more patience with animals than with people most of the time.

I can't eat ice because my teeth are in bad shape xD
I can't eat anything hard anymore.
Last time, I broke a tooth while eating Pocky ._.
