Hey guys! <3 Hope you're all doing well! Sorry I was MIA for a while there; I'm back now though.
I was unsuccessful in getting that job; though I can't say I'm surprised; I wouldn't have picked a painting student graduate with no work experience over someone who's worked in fashion for 10 years either.
On the plus side, I've passed my research essay for this year, which means I can definitely graduate next month if I want to, or go back for honors. I just need to decide which to do. c:

What's the use of honors?
Yeah Julez, I really wanted to do so to. And he's promised me for all my life that we'd go there. And now we had the chance, all we had to do was make a reservation, it was already paid and all, but he's decided on being a total arse and we're just not going.
Hence my anger.

Well, The Honors is like a higher degree, plus I'll get a degree show at the end of it that will help me get publicity for me and my work... the trouble is that my tutors hate my guts, and have told me they don't want me to go back (even though it's not their place to tell me what to do). But I've been told it's like impossible to afford/manage to go back to university once you leave, so this might be my only chance. So I can't figure out whether I'd be an idiot for leaving now with just the B.A and missing out on my own degree show, or if I'm being smart for leaving and not struggling with stress and depression put on me by the course/tutors for another year. xD
I've been considering a gap year or something though, so maybe that would be a better choice.

I'd say fuck your tutors, grab that chance. You don't want to regret not doing it. :(
It's just a year, you know. It's not that much. And it'll give you profit later, I'd definitely say do it.
A gap of a year is, in my opinion, the worst choice one can ever make. ;D

How come gap years are bad? ;o
I'm just thinking that this year has been so hard, that taking a year to get my art style and development on track to degree show standard (or to a degree show standard that I'm happy with) will make me feel a lot more secure that I'm making the right decision.

I agree with Merry in the regret and fuck the tutors thing :D :D
But I like gap years, but I could never afford that. And I am not smart enough for a bursary.
