Goatlings you can join easily, but cannot post in forums for THREE DAYS. Can't even view them. Also, no breeding
Aywas has an exploration system like Goatlings, for experience (fighting) and currency. Their shop systems are also similar
Aywas you have to submit a reason.to join, and can be rejected. I mentioned Goatlings and FR in mine, plus who referred me in the referral slot, which let me join
Aywas is also geared more for older teens and adults, in their words

I tried Aywas but I could never really get the hang of it. I enjoy goatlings a lot, even though there is a tiny space limit on how many goats you can have.
and no please don't do ovipets. that was a weird experience.

You can try Mycena Cave. It's really nice, though it is pretty slow. The monthly pets are nice but it's hard to make money on the site.

Mweor is another great site and it's all cats! Cats! The owner is finally back from a long hiatus so things are going to finally start moving again. In other words, now would be a good time to join
