Aye they can be. Like mine. We made a deal that we would faction change my shaman over to the horde side from the alliance if I didn't level her...And now he won't lemme level her...but he won't faction change her ¬_¬

NOTE TO EVERYONE: I just wanted to bring it to your attention that prices are currently being updated. You will notice that some prices don't have dates beside them. This is due to the prices NOT being reported by the users on here, however a Mod has been keeping track of the prices and they will be updating the prices.
I'm sorry we won't have dates to back up these price changes, but due to there being to many transactions and not enough people submitting prices, it seems apparent that we will have to do the research ourselves to ensure users not being ripped off.
