I once double posted and searched and searched but could not find any delete button.
I edited the post though. That's the best I could do.
I recently sold my Ranma 1/2 collection, and some of the volumes were quite early editions. From late in the 80s.
I'm selling quite cheap anyway because it's not easy to find anyone interested here - and I'm not willing to ship overseas because it's such a hassle atm.

That shows how observant I am - a friend of mine used my font and pretended to be me in a post and I was like "Oh, I don't remember posting that but I guess I did 8u"
.....You know, I swear you could delete your posts once upon a time but it might have been because I was a mod. We could delete posts, I'm sure. I think I remember people asking me to delete them because they accidentally double posted...
We weren't allowed to delete whole threads, but I think a double post was okay.
Oh man, that's so vintage. I love vintage and antique stuff xD
I've never actually read or watched that series.

I also swear I thought there was a delete option but guess not lol. 8U
I remember reading some of Ranma 1/2. I think it was in the library and I’d read a random book here and there lol.

Well, that's going to bug me incessantly now 8u
I remember seeing a lot of fanart for the series. I actually used to buy this magazine and they'd feature fanart people sent in and I saw the series there pretty often.
I actually hadn't even seen or read Inuyasha until earlier this year 8u

I think Ranma 1/2 was one of the first series that were recognized as anime in the occidental world.
Pioneers such as Candy Candy or Mazinger Z were different, they were just a "Japanese series". But most people back then did not know there was a whole manga/anime culture in Japan.
The next wave, with series such as Dr. Slump (I loved it as a kid!), Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Saint Seiya, Ranm 1/2, etc. were the ones who stablished manga in the late 80s and very early 90s.
Back then when we only had a handful to choose from, so we watched them all xD
I'm a bit older than you, so maybe you were too young for them in the late 80s, and probably were more and better shows to choose from later, but these ones will always have a special place in my heart.
That was before manga (published in paper) was a thing.
Damn, I'm getting so nostalgic! I feel like an old grandma XD

The only fanart I follow now is MDZS lol. And it’s the only reason I use Twitter, I literally do nothing else but like fanart lol.

Yeah, I was born in 1988 xD
Sailor Moon was the first anime I ever saw.
I was like...6 or 7, I think.
It came on the USA channel and it came on in the mornings so I was able to watch it before going to school.
Then it got taken off and I was really sad but moved on.
Then it started coming on Cartoon Network, along with some more series and I became a complete piece of otaku trash \u8/
There's been series where the only reason I saw or read them was because fanart ._.
Like one of my top favorite series - Puella Magi Madoka Magica, I only started watching it because an artist I really liked made fanart for it.
Ah, Twitter. I only use it for art too >xD
