I always hear people driving around, blaring music at all hours of the night and I think "What the possible hell are these people doing up at 3 AM >8u"
I don't remember what time I went to bed at when I was a kid.
I do know that my insomnia started around my late teens and early 20s.

Yeah I know, sometimes that happens here too. Like some people want to sleep lol please let them sleep even if you don’t lol.

My mom always tells me that these people are on something.
But she says that about a lot of people.
I mean...I guess she would know xD
I tried hot milk to make me sleep...It didn't help at all.
The issue was I was taking Ambien to make me sleep every night and it started to not work.
So my psychiatrist took me off of it and since I just stopped taking it - my body didn't react good to it.
I spent a whole year maybe getting a few hours of sleep a night.
Every night was just a constant and long anxiety attack.
It got to the point where I was terrified of getting into bed.
So I did a lot of research on sleep and getting to sleep and I tried so many things, including the milk 8,u
I take two medications at bedtime now and they both knock me out.
Like I fell out of bed not too long ago because my medication knocked me out while I was sitting up in bed xD

I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble sleeping. D: I COULD sleep but instead I stay up all night reading loool. XD;;

Warm beberages (milk, or chamomile tea, anything warm) make you relaxed, so they may help to sleep.
My husband says that coffee makes him drowsy, despite the cafeine.
But I doubt they can make much of a difference if you have a sleeping problem.
Wow, that medication does work quickly, huh!

Yeah, chamomile surprisingly helped. I didn't think it would because nothing else did.
It depends. Sometimes it can kick in within 20 minutes and other times it takes hours.
I fight it off until I'm ready to sleep.
That's when I don't get a choice if I want to fall asleep or not - it shuts me down completely.
I fell off the bed again, but since I expected it, I landed on my hands and feet.
Like a cat 8u
I'm the clumsiest person I know next to my dad, but I've also gotten good at catching myself.
I might stumble and trip a lot, but I always catch myself.

I'm very clumsy too. And I catch myself a lot. Even if I fall I manage to do it in a manner it won't harm me much.
I've always thought it's because I have so much practice at tripping xD
