My Uncle has it and it's been up and down and hell. She sent us a picture, which I wish she hadn't. So far, he's doing a bit better. But it's never guaranteed. It went down so far that my aunt called to tell us it may not be much longer. But this Thursday, there seems some good news. It's a roller coaster of hell.

Nobody in my area has gotten the bad version. Friends who were diagnosed just had joint pain, dry cough, fever, and a bit of upper respiratory congestion. That's what I had, but I've started sneezing now, which is my body's way of saying it's shaking the crud off. Lord willing I'll be over it soon. Then we just need to see how long it takes to get my energy back. Having period stuff going on all through the illness hasn't helped with the ability to think. lol

Everything tastes funny, my stomach is acting like I've got food poisoning, my bowels act like I've drank a gallon of milk and has the IBS acting up bad.. Fever on and off. Little to no appetite.

Don't feel like cooking so.. icy pops it is. o3o they shouldn't taste too funky.

I haven't got my appetite back, so right now I don't want supper. If I get hungry I'll proly finish my soup and chip crumbs.

Rice chips... they're a lot like corn chips, only made with the brown rice. And Amy's split pea soup. I added a bit of pickle juice.
