Supposedly on adrenalin rushes, people summon super strength.
Maybe if they were to tap into it.

true but sometimes an adrenalin rush that huge can tear muscle tissue and cause extreme damage. Your body tends to reserve using all or almost all of its available strength in one shot like that for a life or death situation.

I remember watching this one show and this man fell down a cliff and a huge rock fell on him.
He was able to push the rock off.
I was like holy shit ._.

I've heard that the human body can withstand a lot.
But I have to wonder about that because some people are just so brittle.
