Why would you want to buy the holder without the wand? :o (Or did I misunderstand that?)
But it is definitely a great design, it does fit her perfectly and look super cute!

I really like Ginny's design-wise. But if I went by character, I'd probably choose Professor McGonagall. She's just so awesome.
Hermione's is really pretty as well though, and I like her a lot. But she seems too obvious a choice for some reason :D

Haha so many people that like the trio's wands feel like they need to justify their choice more than other characters for some reason c':

I do know what you mean, just that it seems silly to me to let it really make you less willing to get their wand for example.

I have Harry's, its not one of my top faves but I felt I should add it to my collection cause its Harry's :P

It definitely makes sense to me to get them as part of a larger collection, but if I was just getting one wand for myself, I'd feel like wanting something a bit less common and more unique, I guess? I'd probably rather get me some nice wooden wand that's not a replica of any character's, really.

I do like the thought of getting your 'own' wand. some people are really good at making unique wands and it is nice to have a wand that you can say is really 'yours' c:

I've seen some really pretty wands in an etsy shop recently that I was actually checking out for hairsticks. It's tempting...

Some people in the Potterhead community do commissions, I've often felt tempted but could never justify it since I do already have quite a few wands :x

and esp now that I'm sifting my collection its not a good idea xD
