Some of the stuff going on in the marketplace is a bit mad. Occasionally you'll look at one person posting a bunch of rare stuff at increased prices and think... 'why are you like this'

I took a peek at the new perks and you're right!! we get a lot more now :0 and the items are super cute too ;u; I'm tempted by those cute bun ears aaa,,
there's also GotQ for top 5 posters too? I don't remember if that's still going on o.O
and I agree about marketplace prices ;-; I can't trust it much bc I can't tell whats normal priced and overpriced anymore

The perks are really sweet, and so different month to month. Often there will be a certain colour each month, too, so if you're fond of collecting all colours of an item then it's good incentive to support.
The bun ears you say...
Edit: Also yes, GotQ for posts are still a thing, it's so awesome :o

There's market statistics, but I don't know if that helps anymore.
I'm actually not tempted by the ears. But it's good, I've spent too much this month anyway ;w;

I accidentally got the ears, just because there were so many cute Treasure Trove things this month. And I needed them all. 
But I know I wouldn't use the ears xD

I know how you feel, i came back after years too and for me the FC prices used to be 10k too!
I am one of those people that lists items in the market for certain prices, just because i don't know what they're actually worth
i also don't want to sell for too low because i'm broke and would love to build up my fp a bit so i can at least have a chance at the unique knuffel > . <

most of my fp comes from my knuffs so I haven't sold anything at all ;-; I really have no concept of prices LOL,, I mean it was easier when we had that third party site where people reported prices but now it's like idk what to believe :')
I saw the first unique knuffel and wanted it so much bc it was pink and an unicooorn
