Do you have any favourite things to collect for the transformers? I'm not really into that at all, I think I might have seen parts of a movie, but nothing beyond that, so I'm a total noob as to what kind of items might be collectable there ;)

The Michael Bay movies for Transformers are horrible :'x

Most people in the Transformers are there for the comics, the old cartoon still has a lot of fans too and there is a new Bumblebee movie coming out that doesn't involve Michael Bay at all so that looks promising haha

I mostly collect fanart, fanmade merch and figures c:
I have a vid on my insta with my haul from TFN, a Transformers exclusive convention. its all charms, stickers, art prints and such with a few figures

Eh its very much a niche thing to begin with, giant alien robots et al so I always understand if someone isn't really interested in it ;P

I love love the fanart, as with every fandom I always get hooked on my faves and the community's artists are really good at delivering that ~

The movie that I zapped into once just seemed like pretty boring generic action and explosions stuff, so it didn't really pique my interest... I can well imagine that the source material is more interesting :)

It's great if the fandom has some good artists :)

The Bay movies are just that, lots of explosions and also always way too much focus on the humans and their unnecessary shoved in romance plot, with the subplots being giant alien robots that punch each other, so cool!

they look nothing like how they're supposed to look and no part of the plot is really true to anything that happens in Transformers c':
