Oh, there's a thought! Someone opened a new gaming store downtown after the post-Covid price crash, I should check there.

So far not much has opened here after the covid crash other than a few restaurants.

I think everyone here was stir-crazy by the time it was over, because there was a flurry of new small shops opening.
Or maybe it was just the landlord reducing rent prices? Dunno...

I think its a here issue. Upstate NY is kinda slow to move so the pandemic affects and recovery were a bit slower

Makes sense; I'm in a place somewhere between town and small-city size.
So effects play out pretty fast.

Here all of the major cities have a lot of farms and mountains around them once you get out of city limits so things just move super slow.

Is it a very abrupt change or do you have suburbs in between?

Most of my keychains came from anime conventions. So it’s like anime fanart. XD

Ummm, conventions, that's a thought. It'd be like the old version of those travel pins you'd get from each town and put on your hat, only this'll be keychain decor from each convention that you put on your chest of drawers....

Yeah I’ve only gotten them from conventions. And some official anime merchandise.
