Oh, and a tracking cookie isn't dangerous, just when you go on certain sites they keep track of you, kind of like market research.
If you just delete all your cookies it'll make it okay (or it should do), but you'll have to log back into everything again...

I think it's a cookie that tracks your browsing history.
It's not harmful. You get it from things like google ads. 
All it does is tracking your online history to see what sites you have been visiting to give you ads you might be interested in.
At least I think that's what it does.

Remember: When your anti-virus programme shows you a 3 digit number of viruses, that's where you start to worry.
Ah, reminds me, I still have to get rid of my lovely little Rootkit virus that is slowly degenerating my computer and of the trojan...
