Just got back. Neighbor and her brother took me to the funeral place. I ended up crying again.

It hurts.. but not as much as his meowing hurt when he was sick...

I hate that I couldn't find a vet that'd work with me on the money front.

Zeke is older so we were expecting him to go first... now I'm terrified that he will die..

I think I killed off my Water Spangles so I got more of those.. and I got some guppy grass >->

I know how you feel. I still think of Siris and Conan and it doesn't help Mom's cat Boomer looks like them and I keep thinking they're around.

I'm exhausted. Getting little sleep at night and then I have my work and when kiddo gets home I take care of her too.

I still think of Tom Cat, my cat who died when I was 16, a lot. His death impacted me, but not this much because I wasn't there when they found and buried the body.

This hit me hard because I was the one who found him. I had to be the one to pick him up and put him in a box.

I had one friend tell me to take my time to grieve before thinking of getting a new cat, then I had someone else word it like this "Don't get another cat just yet, they can catch corona and give it to you"


The funny thing is.. Hiro and Kuromi.. I had this particular dream before both came into my life.. so I think I'll wait for that dream again before getting a new cat. Then I had a similar yet different dream when Hiro parted from us.

Dreams can be scary.



I did some more cleaning and rearranging today before falling asleep. Took stuff to the dumpster, moved the plant stand where I want it. Now my IBS is acting up so bad I feel like i was stabbed in the gut. >A<

I feel your grief.

Actually, cats can get it from infected humans, but it's rather low for cats to give it to humans. You can always talk to the humane society about it too. But you do what you think is best when it comes to when you want another cat.

Speaking of covid, Mom and I just need our second shot.

Yes. Dreams can be. But sometimes neat. The night before going to get my ultrasound to find out my baby's gender I had a dream that said "It's a girl." And that's exactly what I have. My baby girl.
