there are 7 bins around the complex due to there being a lot of garden houses and 2 apartment buildings.. but we're supposed to use the one designated to our building.. TOO FKIN BAD D< we had to shut our windows ;-;.. my bedroom window is Right there infront of the damned thing -cries-


the 2 reasons were:

1. ebay owns paypal, there for they don't wanna use a competitors thingy
2. paypal takes a certain % of the money when something is bought/sold
