Ah hey Tonin and Aki~
Before you get in to the kitchen to cook you take other classes like dining room management which is what I'm in it teaches you how to serve like a waiter like how to serve food and all that.

It is actually although it was kind of nerve wracking because we were using real china plates and wine glasses.
