There are 2 anime that I can think of with power ranger like robots, that'd be any and all Gundam anime, or Transformers. Oh there's also Zoids! ovo I liked zoids!

Power Rangers have a mecha, transformers are in the mecha genre so when someone asks about an anime with power ranger like robot, I include it because sometimes that's exactly what they're looking for.
