This is going to be a bit of a challenge, cuz I don't really wear quest items that much, but let's see how it goes

Used the rose top and glass wings

That's true, still, Collector's Corner rules and it should always be on first page!

I realized I said before that I don't use too many quest items, but looking at the list of items I realized that there are some items that I actually use a lot, like the rose overtop or the border on my current avi, so I take that back

Honestly, I just finished my quest and now I can see the lists on every NPC quest. And some from memory. There are quite a few quest items on the site

I also could have sworn there was someone keeping track on the quests and rewards, but I could not find it.

And yes, the puppet is a quest item, so no worries. Cute entry btw

Just do what I do, go to the Castle and click on the characters and there's the list in images.
